This year I have a goal to lose 35 pounds. This will move me from 195 to 160. I was 160 about 4 years ago and several things contributed to my health. My goal is to get to 173 by 3/10:
I’m monitoring my calorie intake and exercising. The biggest change I’m going to make this time is consistent monitoring. I want to measure my weight every day and note if I’m making progress. Based on that day’s weight gain/loss and the previous days experience I’m hoping to see how the changes I’m making help in my weight loss journey.
